SMS Terms & Privacy

The Wall Guy Corporation ("we," "us," or "our") sends occasional follow-up text messages only to business prospects who have verbally agreed to receive them during a phone call with us. This page explains how consent is obtained, how often we message, and how to opt out at any time.
How You Opt In (Consent)
Consent is collected verbally during a live, one-to-one outbound business-development phone call that we place to a business prospect, typically architects, residential contractors, and kitchen and bath designers. During that call, owner Travis Busch, PE asks whether he may send a brief follow-up text. If you agree, you provide your mobile number and we log the number, date, time, and your verbal consent. Only prospects who verbally agreed on the call are ever texted. Text messaging is always secondary to the phone call and is never our first point of contact.
Message Frequency
Message frequency is low. Each recipient receives at most two (2) messages total: a single follow-up after our call, and, only if we do not hear back, one polite re-engagement message some weeks later.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and will not be texted again. You can also reply OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.

Your Privacy
We collect your mobile number and consent directly from you on our call. We never buy, sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent with third parties, and your consent is never transferred. Your number is used only to send the follow-up messages described above.
